One of our products EMPLOYEE TASK MANAGEMENT INFORMATION is aiming to provide efficient and easy to use software to monitor and enhance employee’s productivity. ETMS is composed of 3 softwares (Task Management, Duty Logs, and Timecard) packed into one. Below are the features of each software:

Functionalities:

-Assign and view employee’s department as well as work schedule.

-Monitor employee’s login and logout.

-View and evaluate employee’s output and performance.

-View and post reminders to all or a specific employee.

·         Duty Logs

Functionalities:

- Enable the employee to:

    *view duty schedule and evaluation.

    * view and print duty logs in a given date range.

·         Timecard

Functionalities:

- Enable the employee to:

    *login and logout.

    * view reminders.

System Design and Technologies

Architectural Design. The system has been structured using Windows DNA (Distributed interNet Applications) and MVC (Model View Controller) architecture for security and maintainability.

Data Storage. The system uses MS SQLServer 2005 database management system to securely store data and efficiently accommodate multiple users.

 Programming Language. The system is implemented using Microsoft Visual C#.NET, an object oriented programming language.
